Bishop Hilton Albert was born and raised in the southern part of Dominica, West Indies. He lived in Guadeloupe in 1977 and then migrated to St. Martin, where he was born again in 1979. A few years later, he met and married his wife Bernadine in 1982 and they are the parents of two children.

Also called to ministry in 1982 and between then and 1984 Hilton Albert served as youth pastor. To this day, he carries a deep passion for young people and truly desires to see them take their position in the Kingdom of God.

His ministry as Pastor started in 1985, however, he was officially ordained in 1986; studying with International Seminary and Institute in Orlando, Florida, and holds diplomas in Leadership and a graduate of the School of Theology.

Bishop Hilton Albert has traveled extensively to minister in many countries and continents, such as, Africa, Albania, Austria, England, Greece, Macedonia, many states throughout the U.S.A., and many Caribbean islands. Also presently serves as Coordinator in the Caribbean for Lifeline Network International., and is a radical preacher and teacher of the message of the Kingdom of God, and continues to lead the Christ Ambassador’s Ministries International as senior Pastor/Elder in St. Martin, French West Indies.

Throughout the years, Bishop Albert's ministry remains effective, due to the tremendous and mighty work the Lord does through him, and he is also a man known for his meekness, and humility before the Lord and his love for others, kind hearted and always carrying a smile, even in the face of adversity, most importantly, his total love for the Lord Jesus Christ is evident through his actions.
